Two hundred and fifty professional search firms were ranked in the recent survey (those placing professionals in jobs earning less than $100,000). PEAK was ranked near the top of the list.

About the Survey
The Forbes survey was conducted in partnership with analytics firm Statista. The firms were selected from a pool of approximately 4,000 recruiting firms. The entrants were drawn from a variety of sources including trade organizations and employer databases. The survey analyzed responses from 20,000 HR managers, recruiters and employees who had completed an online survey about recruiting firms they had used.
HR managers and recruiters evaluated the firms based on quality of candidates, range, and perceived value of services offered. Candidates and employees ranked recruiters on such issues as quality of positions offered, simplicity of hiring process and quality of communication.
