Joe Salvucci Sr. Chairman


Joe Salvucci attended The University of Pittsburgh where he graduated in 1976 with a BS in Civil Engineering.

Joe is the owner of PEAK Technical Staffing USA, having purchased PEAK from his father in 1986. He has grown PEAK to 8 offices across the United States.

Joe chairs the Pittsburgh chapter of the National Eagle Scout Association and is spearheading the effort to connect Eagle Scouts with jobs offered by other Eagle Scouts. He was awarded the Outstanding Eagle Scout Award and has created a mentorship program for the chapter. He was awarded the “Distinguished Alumnus Citation” from Triangle Fraternity, National in October 2011. Joe was also President of the National Technical Services Association from 2000-2001, and was awarded the “Big Mac” Award from the Ronald McDonald House in November 2001 for his leadership as the President/Chief Barker of Variety The Children’s Charity in Pittsburgh from 1997 until 2000. Joe has been a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO/WPO), Pittsburgh Chapter since 1991 and currently sits on the boards of UPONUS Technologies and White Star Wholesale Mortgage.

Joe Salvucci Jr. is the President and Chief Operating Officer of PEAK.  He joined PEAK in 2010 and represents the third generation of PEAK.

After obtaining a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Susquehanna University, Joe Salvucci Jr. worked for Merrill Lynch, as a settlement specialist.

Afterwards, Joe joined PEAK in 2010 at the Pittsburgh headquarters, where he worked for five years in a variety roles.  His responsibilities included developing marketing campaigns; project and vendor management; and development of the Management Trainee Program. During this time, Joe attended the University of Pittsburgh to pursue his MBA through the 19 month Executive MBA program for working managers.

In 2016, Joe transitioned from a branch support role to a VP of Business Development for PEAK’s Philadelphia branch then Regional Vice President for PEAK’s Philadelphia, Chicago and San Antonio branch locations. Joe is pleased to be working directly with some of the most interesting and successful engineering and manufacturing companies and contractors on the East Coast.   Joe returned to Corporate as  Chief Process Officer (CPO) overseeing several departments including Marketing, IT, and Staff Training prior to his role as President.  He is also looking forward to continually developing management trainees into great leaders within the PEAK organization.
