Beau Patterson Lead Staffing Manager

How long have you been at PEAK?

  • Since Jan 2015

Where did you attend college and what degree did you earn?

  • Ohio State University, BA in Sociology

Why did you choose PEAK?

  • Small family atmosphere but still working on a national level, saw it as a great opportunity and liked the company’s plan for growth.

What is the funniest/most interesting experience you’ve had at work?

  • I always find it interesting when you talk with candidates and realize you have mutual friends/know the same people and in a couple of cases you have randomly met before in person. I have also helped a friend of a friend get his first job which was pretty cool.

How do you have fun outside of work?

  • Surfing, camping and playing music.

Joe Salvucci Sr. Chairman


Joe Salvucci attended The University of Pittsburgh where he graduated in 1976 with a BS in Civil Engineering.

Joe is the owner of PEAK Technical Staffing USA, having purchased PEAK from his father in 1986. He has grown PEAK to 8 offices across the United States.

Joe chairs the Pittsburgh chapter of the National Eagle Scout Association and is spearheading the effort to connect Eagle Scouts with jobs offered by other Eagle Scouts. He was awarded the Outstanding Eagle Scout Award and has created a mentorship program for the chapter. He was awarded the “Distinguished Alumnus Citation” from Triangle Fraternity, National in October 2011. Joe was also President of the National Technical Services Association from 2000-2001, and was awarded the “Big Mac” Award from the Ronald McDonald House in November 2001 for his leadership as the President/Chief Barker of Variety The Children’s Charity in Pittsburgh from 1997 until 2000. Joe has been a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO/WPO), Pittsburgh Chapter since 1991 and currently sits on the boards of UPONUS Technologies and White Star Wholesale Mortgage.

Mike Iandoli CEO


Michael Iandoli served for over 30 years as a senior executive and President of TAC Worldwide Companies, a billion-dollar international contract staffing company serving the automotive and high-tech industries.  Mr. Iandoli as a consultant worked with PEAK in the area of strategic staffing from 2007 to August 2013. He has been Chief Executive Officer of PEAK Technical Staffing USA since August 2013.  In addition, Mike was the President of the Board of Trustees for Larz Anderson Automobile Museum from 2007 until 2014. He has been an Independent Director at UniFirst Corp since 2007, a uniform rental company based in Wilmington, MA. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology.

Joe Tomlinson CFO


Joseph Tomlinson came to PEAK in 1998 and has served as Chief Financial Officer from the beginning of his tenure. Prior to PEAK, Joe had a varied background in Accounting. Upon graduation from Wheeling Jesuit University in 1971 with a degree in Accounting, he served in the United States Army reserve on active duty for six months. Joe began his career in the public sector with one of the “Big 8” Accounting firms, Haskins & Sells (now known as Deloitte). In 1974, he became a Certified Public Accountant. He then worked short terms at Westinghouse Electric Company in International Accounting and National Aluminum as an Assistant Controller before settling into Keystone Resources for 13 years. He entered Keystone as an Assistant Controller, eventually moving to Controller. Since then, he has served as CFO at several places, including Keystone, Keystone’s parent company, Greathorn Mining, and Three Rivers Copier Company, before joining PEAK. Joe is an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He, also, enjoys going dancing with his wife and visiting their six children.

What is your degree in and from where?

  • B.A. in Fine Arts from Indiana University of PA

Why did you choose PEAK?

  • I saw an opportunity to apply my 30+ year of knowledge and business experience in an industry that was new to me at the time.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

  • Helping both staff and contractors understand their medical benefits, life insurance, retirement accounts etc. and resolving any issues with the providers.

How do you have fun outside of work?

  • I enjoy oil painting with the local outdoor painting group, traveling and taking painting workshops both domestically and internationally.
