Joe Salvucci Jr. is the Chief Executive Officer of PEAK.  He joined PEAK in 2010 and represents the third generation of PEAK.

After obtaining a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Susquehanna University, Joe Salvucci Jr. worked for Merrill Lynch, as a settlement specialist.

Afterwards, Joe joined PEAK in 2010 at the Pittsburgh headquarters, where he worked for five years in a variety roles.  His responsibilities included developing marketing campaigns; project and vendor management; and development of the Management Trainee Program. During this time, Joe attended the University of Pittsburgh to pursue his MBA through the 19 month Executive MBA program for working managers.

In 2016, Joe transitioned from a branch support role to a VP of Business Development for PEAK’s Philadelphia branch then Regional Vice President for PEAK’s Philadelphia, Chicago and San Antonio branch locations. Joe is pleased to be working directly with some of the most interesting and successful engineering and manufacturing companies and contractors on the East Coast.   Joe returned to Corporate as  Chief Process Officer (CPO) overseeing several departments including Marketing, IT, and Staff Training prior to his role as President and Chief Operating Officer.  He is also looking forward to continually developing management trainees into great leaders within the PEAK organization.
