The most rewarding part of my job is seeing the people that we’ve helped get back to work or moved into a position that will make them a happier person in one way or another. It’s nice to make a difference.
Helping people is one of the main reasons I decided to make recruiting my career path, and it continues to drive my everyday activities. Having the ability to change people’s lives (both internal and external) is an awesome benefit.
We get to wear a lot of hats. Not only do we recruit, but we hunt for new business tips, handle HR issues, negotiate with clients and contractors, and more. It’s never boring here!
PEAK has invested time and training in me and I am thankful for that; it is a great company for someone looking to get into the staffing industry.
