John Salvucci Vice President Sales - Western RegionSales
John graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and began his career with PEAK Technical as a technical recruiter upon graduation. John has taken on many roles during his time at PEAK, with titles including Project Coordinator and Account Manager. In 2012, he took on the role of Vice President. He is the company leader in sales and over his tenure at PEAK, John has been a great asset to the company’s efforts in Arizona, New Mexico and Southern California. John excels in account development, networking, and customer support. He has honed his skills in placing difficult to find technical talent in specialized positions at top companies across the U.S. and is a proven asset to both PEAK and its clients.
Ryan Szymanski Director of Strategic AccountsSales
Ryan Szymanski started at PEAK in 2003 when he was 17 years old as a junior recruiter. He then moved on to be a Senior Recruiter, and a National Staffing Manager. He then took on a sales role at PEAK in 2008 as a National Account Manager in Detroit, MI. Now he is our Director of Strategic Accounts and a continued National Account Manager for our corporate office. Ryan has consistently been a PEAK Top Performer in both recruiting and sales roles. He is also an annual member of the Chairman’s Club from 2013-present. Ryan has proven skills and experience in contributing, train and adhere to customer demands and staffing solutions.
Steven Katz Vice President Business DevelopmentSales
Steven has over 25 years of successful technical contingent staffing industry experience which included business development, sales, training and recruiting in the High Tech Industry. Steven served as a Sr. Technical Recruiter and Branch/Sales Manager for several Contract and Perm employment companies over the years which Steve’s office was always in the top 2 in the company. Steven joined Peak Technical Staffing in 2008. Since then, Steve was able to bring his office to the most profitable office in organization within 1.5 years. In Business Development, within 2 years, Steven brought Peak Technical Staffing to the #1 Staffing Agency in the Entertainment Industry by bringing in ALL 3 Major Theme Park operators in the world! Steven has enabled Peak Technical to become not only a Domestic force in staffing but now also international force as well.
Joe Salvucci Jr. Vice President Business DevelopmentSales
After obtaining a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Susquehanna University, Joe Salvucci Jr. worked for Merrill Lynch, as a settlement specialist.
Afterwards, Joe joined PEAK at the Pittsburgh headquarters, where he worked for five years in a variety roles. His responsibilities included developing marketing campaigns; project and vendor management; and development of the Management Trainee Program. During this time, Joe attended the University of Pittsburgh to pursue his MBA through the 19 month Executive MBA program for working managers.
In 2016, Joe transitioned from a branch support role to a VP of Business Development for PEAK’s Philadelphia branch. Joe is pleased to be working directly with some of the most interesting and successful engineering and manufacturing companies and contractors on the East Coast. He is also looking forward to continually developing entry-level individuals into great leaders within the PEAK organization.
Paul Smith Vice President Business DevelopmentSales
Paul Smith has over 25 years of experience in recruiting, marketing and resource management with and for Engineering and Human Resource organizations. This includes extensive experience in organizational development, proposal management, marketing development, trade show planning, and customer development. Among his key successes in staffing are multi-million dollar sales/year with Disney, Western Digital, Compaq, Mattel, General Motors and many more. Paul has also developed and managed sales teams and support personnel, including recruiting staff.
As the former President of the National Technical Services Association of Southern California, he led efforts to modify Health and Safety law established by the California State Legislature to better accommodate worker’s needs. Paul is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester MA. Competed in Division I NCAA Track and Field, as well as Cross Country.
Josh Ciardelli Director of Business DevelopmentSales
Joshua Ciradelli is our Director of Business Development in the Oceanside office. Josh graduated from Chapman University in 2000, and started off his career at PEAK as an Account Manager in 2005 before moving up to his current position. While at PEAK, Josh has set the highest direct placement record & the most temporary placements in Qtr. He delivers the most bottom line profits company wide. Josh has expert level recruiting skills: true head hunting (hard to find passive candidates) and is effective in managing the recruitment process for high volume temporary needs.
Josh has run two marathons raising money to fight cancer, is an avid surfer, mountain biker and enjoys the odd game of tennis or golf.
Steven Ranson Vice President PEAK Technical ConsultingSales
Steven Ranson brings more than 30 years of experience in technical staffing, managed service operations and professional services. He has served in multiple management roles with Peak Technical in both the IT and engineering divisions.
Previously, Steven has served in management roles covering North America as well as off-shore operations. Under Steven’s leadership, Peak Technical Consulting has grown steadily since 2014 and is recognized as providing scalable staffing solutions to their clients. Steven holds a Bachelor’s degree from The College of Wooster.
Ron Lyon Account ManagerSales
Ron Lyon has been connecting talented people with great companies for over 20 years throughout California and the U.S. After earning his Master’s in Business and Marketing, he joined PEAK in 2011 as a Permanent Placement Headhunter placing top talent in Aerospace, Military and Defense companies. Ron quickly showed his value placing candidates and breaking records. In 2016, Ron took on the Business Development Role in our Los Angeles office where he continues to develop and grow relationships with Manufactures in the Greater Los Angeles Area. Ron is actively involved in the community and is a jobs advocate. Besides being a father, he believes there is nothing more satisfying than working with a great team and taking part in the growth of manufacturing.
Doug Perry Account ManagerSales
Doug has spent his entire 30-year career in the Engineering Staffing industry. In 1987, he began working at the corporate headquarters of TAC Worldwide service in various roles of back office Operations. In 1994, Doug relocated to the TAC Philadelphia branch for a Technical Recruiting role and quickly transitioned into an Account Executive in just three years. As an Account Executive, he excelled and built a solid customer base throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
In 2011, Doug started his journey with Peak as an Account Manager and has helped to develop and grow the Philadelphia branch. He has welcomed the challenges of the competitive market and has a proven track record of strengths in relationship development, customer development and customer service.
Earl Callender Account ManagerSales
Entrepreneurial staffing industry executive with over 25 years of sales, recruiting, human resources and management experience. He has demonstrated a record of recruiting, sales and management success at all levels of the staffing industry, from candidate sourcing, creating onboarding processes, implementing, and driving company vision. His experience has included the executive roll of running a $40 million dollar division of an international staffing firm, creating/owning a startup staffing company and building revenues to $15 million over 8 years in the New England market. Peak Technical Staffing is where his career started as an intern while attending Duquesne University. Earl returned to Peak Technical Staffing in 2016 to development new regional and vertical staffing markets. In addition, Earl has spent the last 15 years coaching boys/girls travel basketball and little/pony league baseball. He is a graduate of Duquesne University with a B.S. in Business Administration.
