Yen Do Vice President Business Development
SalesPEAK Technical Staffing – San Jose
Yen is the Vice President of Business Development in our Northern California office, with a focus of continuing to grow and expand our region by delivering values to clients’ organization. She is responsible for the Branch Management of PEAK’s Santa Clara office and continues to develop and build strategic partnerships with clients in the Medical Device/Biotech, Electronics Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Software/IT and Machinery Manufacturing industries. She has strong account management experience with client focused. Yen is very passionate about helping clients with the hiring process, where she goes above and beyond for her clients and candidates. To her, there is no greater feeling than being able to assist clients finding talented candidates for their organization.
Yen joined PEAK’s Management Training Program in 2018 and rapidly rose in her roles as Staffing Manager and Account Manager, with proven track record of breaking and developing accounts. Yen Do earned her Bachelors in History from San Jose State University. She was a former teacher for eight years and served as a Board of Director and Event Chairperson at GiveTeens20, where she oversaw and orchestrated event planning and fundraising for an education nonprofit. Outside of work, Yen enjoys cooking, hiking and being a dog-mom to her beloved Malti-poo.

Jim Ledoux Account Manager

What do you enjoy most about your job?
- In addition to the awesome staff we have here in Santa Ana, I enjoy working with the Recruiter Trainees. I’ve been fortunate to work with guys who are eager and willing to learn and are working hard to develop their skills. Their positive attitude is refreshing.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
- I’ve developed lifelong friendships through my job(s). The most rewarding was meeting my wife.
How do you have fun outside of work?
- I’m an avid sports fan (Raiders, Clippers, Angels), listen to old school R&B, funk, jazz (EWF, Rick James, Cameo) and spending time with family.

Robert Shearer Senior Vice President - Recruiting Delivery Center

Rob Shearer earned his Bachelors in Sports Management from Temple University in 1992. While at Temple, Rob was a three-time letterman on the football team, in addition to participating in community service in the Philadelphia area. After a short stint as a counselor, teacher, and coach, he began his Engineering Staffing career in 1994 at TAC Worldwide Companies. Rob proved to be a top producer at TAC: moving from Recruiter and Recruiting Manager to Sales and Branch Manager. He remained at TAC until 2015, where he won numerous awards before joining the PEAK team. Upon his arrival, Rob was tasked with running the largest branch and national operation, as the Vice President of the Recruiting Delivery Center.
He resides in the South Hills and is a proud husband and father of 4 sons. Rob continues to volunteer in his community.

John Salvucci Vice President Sales - Western Region

John graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and began his career with PEAK Technical as a technical recruiter upon graduation. John has taken on many roles during his time at PEAK, with titles including Project Coordinator and Account Manager. In 2012, he took on the role of Vice President. He is the company leader in sales and over his tenure at PEAK, John has been a great asset to the company’s efforts in Arizona, New Mexico and Southern California. John excels in account development, networking, and customer support. He has honed his skills in placing difficult to find technical talent in specialized positions at top companies across the U.S. and is a proven asset to both PEAK and its clients.

Ryan Szymanski Director of Strategic Accounts
SalesPEAK Technical Staffing – Detroit
Ryan Szymanski started at PEAK in 2003 when he was 17 years old as a junior recruiter. He then moved on to be a Senior Recruiter, and a National Staffing Manager. He then took on a sales role at PEAK in 2008 as a National Account Manager in Detroit, MI. Now he is our Director of Strategic Accounts and a continued National Account Manager for our corporate office. Ryan has consistently been a PEAK Top Performer in both recruiting and sales roles. He is also an annual member of the Chairman’s Club from 2013-present. Ryan has proven skills and experience in contributing, train and adhere to customer demands and staffing solutions.

Paul Smith Senior Vice President Business Development
SalesPEAK Technical Staffing – San Diego (Oceanside)
Paul Smith has over 25 years of experience in recruiting, marketing and resource management with and for Engineering and Human Resource organizations. This includes extensive experience in organizational development, proposal management, marketing development, trade show planning, and customer development. Among his key successes in staffing are multi-million dollar sales/year with Disney, Western Digital, Compaq, Mattel, General Motors and many more. Paul has also developed and managed sales teams and support personnel, including recruiting staff.
As the former President of the National Technical Services Association of Southern California, he led efforts to modify Health and Safety law established by the California State Legislature to better accommodate worker’s needs. Paul is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester MA. Competed in Division I NCAA Track and Field, as well as Cross Country.

Doug Perry Vice President Business Development
SalesPEAK Technical Staffing – Philadelphia
Doug has spent his entire 30-year career in the Engineering Staffing industry. In 1987, he began working at the corporate headquarters of TAC Worldwide service in various roles of back office Operations. In 1994, Doug relocated to the TAC Philadelphia branch for a Technical Recruiting role and quickly transitioned into an Account Executive in just three years. As an Account Executive, he excelled and built a solid customer base throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
In 2011, Doug started his journey with Peak as an Account Manager and has helped to develop and grow the Philadelphia branch. He has welcomed the challenges of the competitive market and has a proven track record of strengths in relationship development, customer development and customer service.

Mike Baker Account Manager
SalesPEAK Technical Staffing – Chicago
Mike Baker is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a Bachelors in Business Administration concentrating in Finance. He’s been a consistently high performer for PEAK Technical as an Account Manager, working to provide solutions to companies throughout Chicago and the Midwest. Mike enjoys his position at PEAK because he is able to put individuals to work and in turn make a difference in their life. Prior to PEAK, Mike worked as a branch manager at Technisource (which has since been bought by Randstand), where he provided ground breaking sales opportunities within the technical staffing world in Florida, Minnesota and Illinois.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys being active, whether it’s running, skiing, golfing, fishing, or cheering on his beloved Hawkeyes, Cubs or Blackhawks.

In your own words, what is recruiting and what skills make a good recruiter?
- Recruiting is asking questions and LISTENING! The ability to uncover a candidate’s motivation is the first step in assisting that person in finding the right opportunity.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
- The most rewarding part of my job is being able to provide a career opportunity in the staffing industry to new college graduates
How do you have fun outside of work?
- I’m an avid billiards and poker player. I’ve found the interviewing skills gained as a recruiter help me read my opponents.
