Why did you choose PEAK?

  • I chose PEAK because of the leadership of the Chicago Managers and the culture of the office.

What is your proudest moment at PEAK?

  • Being asked to be part of our Manager Trainee Program and assist in the growth and development of our future recruiters.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

  • Getting the call from my candidates thanking me for helping them not only change jobs, but helping change their life with a new career path.

How do you have fun outside of work?

  • ROCK OUT !!! Play drums and guitars, write and perform music.
  • Work on my 89 Mustang 5.0
  • HIFI Maniac , ONLY LP!! if it isn’t vinyl it isn’t right.
  • Lift weights, play basketball, and stay extremely active.

Why did you choose PEAK?

  • I answered a newspaper ad.
    Prior to PEAK I worked for Prudential for 4 years. When Prudential eliminated the recruiting position, I decided to move on because I had found that recruiting was what I wanted to do.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

  • In my current role as an LSM, I really like helping recruiters to accomplish their goals. Helping people is one of the main reasons I decided to make recruiting my career path, and it continues to drive my everyday activities. Having the ability to change people’s lives (both internal and external) is an awesome benefit.

In your own words, what is recruiting and what skills make a good recruiter?

  • I think one of the most important skills in recruiting is the ability to develop long lasting relationships with candidates.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

  • Placing engineers in positions and companies that they love. I also love referrals!

What is your proudest moment at PEAK?

  • Developing entry level recruiters in to Staffing Managers and Team Leads. Watching their progress has been extremely rewarding.

How do you have fun outside of work?

  • Spend time with family and friends, Orangetheory fitness, and play Cornhole and golf (Ranked #5 in the state! …Out of five ranked females)

What do you enjoy most about your job?

  • In addition to the awesome staff we have here in Santa Ana, I enjoy working with the Recruiter Trainees. I’ve been fortunate to work with guys who are eager and willing to learn and are working hard to develop their skills. Their positive attitude is refreshing.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

  • I’ve developed lifelong friendships through my job(s). The most rewarding was meeting my wife.

How do you have fun outside of work?

  • I’m an avid sports fan (Raiders, Clippers, Angels), listen to old school R&B, funk, jazz (EWF, Rick James, Cameo) and spending time with family.

  • I enjoy so many aspects of my job. My role enables me to do different things: train, mentor, business development, and recruit Candidates.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

  • It is most rewarding to get someone a job, so they can provide for their family.

How do you have fun outside of work?

  • Travel, eat, drink, spend time with family, friends, and be merry.

Why did you choose PEAK?

  • Small family atmosphere but still working on a national level, saw it as a great opportunity and liked the company’s plan for growth.

What is the funniest/most interesting experience you’ve had at work?

  • I always find it interesting when you talk with candidates and realize you have mutual friends/know the same people and in a couple of cases you have randomly met before in person. I have also helped a friend of a friend get his first job which was pretty cool.

How do you have fun outside of work?

  • Surfing, camping and playing music.
