Where did you attend college and what degree did you earn?

  • Robert Morris College (now Robert Morris University)
    BS in Communications Management

Why did you choose PEAK?

  • I answered a newspaper ad.
    Prior to PEAK I worked for Prudential for 4 years. When Prudential eliminated the recruiting position, I decided to move on because I had found that recruiting was what I wanted to do.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

  • In my current role as an LSM, I really like helping recruiters to accomplish their goals. Helping people is one of the main reasons I decided to make recruiting my career path, and it continues to drive my everyday activities. Having the ability to change people’s lives (both internal and external) is an awesome benefit.

  • Shippensburg University, Bachelors in Psychology

In your own words, what is recruiting and what skills make a good recruiter?

  • I think one of the most important skills in recruiting is the ability to develop long lasting relationships with candidates.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

  • Placing engineers in positions and companies that they love. I also love referrals!

What is your proudest moment at PEAK?

  • Developing entry level recruiters in to Staffing Managers and Team Leads. Watching their progress has been extremely rewarding.

How do you have fun outside of work?

  • Spend time with family and friends, Orangetheory fitness, and play Cornhole and golf (Ranked #5 in the state! …Out of five ranked females)

Joshua Ciradelli is our Global Advisor and Staffing Consultant for the Oceanside office. Josh has expert level recruiting skills: true head hunting (hard to find passive candidates) and is effective in managing the recruitment process for both temporary and permanent placement needs. Josh graduated from Chapman University in 2000 and started his career at PEAK in Account Management in 2005. While at PEAK, Josh has set the highest direct placement record & the most temporary placements in a Quarter.  He delivers the most bottom-line profits company wide.

Josh has run two marathons raising money to fight cancer, is an avid surfer, mountain biker and enjoys the odd game of tennis or golf.

Ron Lyon Director, Business Development


PEAK Technical Staffing – Los Angeles 

Ron Lyon has been connecting talented people with great companies for over 20 years throughout California and the U.S. After earning his Master’s in Business and Marketing, he joined PEAK in 2011 as a Permanent Placement Headhunter placing top talent in Aerospace, Military and Defense companies. Ron quickly showed his value placing candidates and breaking records. In 2022, Ron took on the Professional Staffing Manager role in our Los Angeles office where he continues to develop and grow relationships with Manufactures in the Greater Los Angeles Area. Ron previously worked for PEAK in the capacity of Business Development and Lead Staffing Manager. Ron is actively involved in the community and is a jobs advocate. Besides being a father, he believes there is nothing more satisfying than working with a great team and taking part in the growth of manufacturing.
