FAQs for Job Seekers
How does PEAK pay employees?
PEAK pays weekly for all hours worked. New employees can expect their first payment on the second Friday of their employment and then every Friday thereafter. PEAK offers Direct Deposit to ensure employees receive their pay when they expect it. For those employees who do not wish to take advantage of Direct Deposit, other alternatives are available.
Why would I want to work as a contractor as opposed to seeking full time employment?
Benefits of being a contractor include: better compensation, ability to work on specific projects, ability to be choosier about the assignments you accept, opportunity to build your resume, and freedom to travel, to be your own boss, and to find work in the industries in which you have experience.
How do I get started?
Simply click Search for a Job or Post a Resume. If you post a resume, you will be contacted by a PEAK Technical Staffing Manager within one business day.
Does PEAK charge a fee to find me a job?
No. PEAK does not charge any fees to job seekers for placement. All fees are paid by our clients (employers).
Can I apply for more than one job opening listed on your web site?
