Services Provided

PEAK Technical Services, Inc. provides its customers with the following service options:

Contract Placement - PEAK Technical Services, Inc. sources, recruits and employs/retains technical resources for specific engagement periods.  The resource is employed/retained only by PEAK and the customer is the purchasing the service.

Contract to Hire - PEAK Technical Services, Inc. sources, recruits and employs/retains technical resources for a specific engagement, with the understanding that the engagement may convert to a “direct” position within the customers environment.  Recruiting is tailored to meet “direct” hire criteria.  There are minimum duration periods that need to be met in order that the customer is not charged a “placement fee.”  After the specified period of time has past, the customer can “hire” a PEAK resource at no charge.

Direct Hire - PEAK Technical Services, Inc. sources and recruits candidates for customer “direct hire” positions.  This service is available on a fee based on the first year annual salary

Payrolling - PEAK Technical Services, Inc. will employ customer referred resources (laid off workers, retirees, internal referrals, etc.) on a contract basis, reflecting all terms and conditions required by the customer.
