William H. Kilgour named Eastern Region Vice President

PEAK Technical Services Inc., one of the country’s largest staffing agencies dedicated to engineering and technical recruitment, has named William Kilgour a Regional Vice President.

In his new position, Mr. Kilgour will oversee PEAK Technical Services offices in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Detroit, and Chicago. Those offices employ 250 people. He will be located in PEAK’s Philadelphia office.

“Mr. Kilgour’s promotion is part of a strategy to greatly increase PEAK Technical Services’ business,” said President and CEO Joseph V. Salvucci.  “He will contribute to the company’s expansion from its core competency in engineering into the information technology and life sciences markets.”

A graduate of the Philadelphia University, Mr. Kilgour has more than 25 years experience in human resource management and placement. He has focused much of his career in the Engineering marketplace.
