Thomas I. Payne named Western Region
Vice President

PEAK Technical Services Inc., one of California’s largest staffing agencies dedicated to engineering and technical recruitment, has named Thomas Payne a Regional Vice President.

A  California native and retired Air Force Senior Master Sergeant, Mr. Payne will oversee PEAK Technical Services offices in Woodland Hills, Orange County and San Diego. Those offices employ 150 people.

Mr. Payne served in the Air Force for more than 20 years. In his last assignment, he had responsibility for 50 recruiting offices in four Midwestern states. He joined PEAK Technical Services in 1998.

Mr. Payne’s promotion is part of a strategy to greatly increase PEAK Technical Services’ business in California. He will contribute to the company’s expansion from its core competency in engineering into the information technology and life sciences markets.
